– The item code of the item you want to return
– The reasons for the return
– If you would like to replace the product or to receive a refunded
You will be given the address which to send the goods.
The customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with the return of the item.
You can return one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, including the identification tag and seal.
When preparing the return package make sure it is properly sealed prior to shipping.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right to return an item: We will not refund items used and/or damaged as a result of ordinary use.
We will issue a refund for the returned items within 14 working days once the return has been verified. The refund payment will be made using the original purchase method, directly to your credit card through PayPal or by crediting the bank account if paid by bank transfer.
We are currently unable to substitute items.
However, you can return the item for a refund that can then be used directly for the purchase of a new item, without waiting for the refund transaction to be completed.
Remember that items must be returned intact and in the same condition they were received, including the tags with the barcode and any other seal that is part of the product.
