– The item code of the item you want to return
– The reasons for the return
– If you would like to replace the product or to receive a refunded
HOW TO EXERCIZE YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL FROM SALES CONTRACT
Pursuant to the applicable law with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and the Conditions of Sale, which you have accepted at the time of purchase, the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the sales contract is subject to the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of delivery of your order, if you wish return and item you must notify NVL S.r.l. by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, a fax to +39 081 8426333, or a telegram or registered letter to the address: NVL S.r.l. Via Napoli, 131 80013 Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA) Italy, with the completed return form (Return Form).
- NVL S.r.l. will then send the return code via e-mail, which must be used to complete the return form. The completed form must be included in the return package along with the product(s) you wish to return at the time the package is consigned to courier.
- Within 14 days of notifying NVL S.r.l. of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract and receiving the return code, the return items must duly sealed and consigned to the courier responsible for the return and sent to:

- If returning several products, they must be returned to NVL S.r.l. at the same time and/or with the same shipment. It is also necessary that:
- – the product is intact;
- – all the tags and labels are unaltered and still attached to the product;
- – the product is returned in its original packaging; the return is accompanied by the form referred to in point 1, complete with return code.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is essential to exercise the right of withdrawal from the sales contract, we will not be able to refund used and/or deteriorated items as a result of ordinary us.
- If you withdraw from the sales contract, you will be reimbursed for the payment you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery service other our standard delivery option), no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld for more than 14 days if we have not received the return items or notification from the courier that the return package has been collected and shipped. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of the refund. You are responsible for the diminished value resulting from handling the item(s) beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and integrity. If you use the courier provided by NVL S.r.l. to return the product(s) the cost of the return shipment will be subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed. The cost of the return shipment is estimated to be equal to the shipping costs.
At the moment we are unable to exchange items. Instead it is recommended that you request to return the original item and make a new purchase for the item you would otherwise wish to receive in the exchange. It is not necessary to wait for the refund to complete a new order.
